Comment by Terry Hogan on August 20, 2008 at 1:54pm - I am working on how to take open education resources to potential learners round the world. So far, it seems to me that efforts are mostly institution-centered and not focused on learners who have no affiliations. Does anyone have any ideas on how to move these incredible resources to ordinary people.
