- My name is Jenny Olsson and I teach at a TAFE Institute on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland my subject areas comprise of events management and hospitality studies. I also deliver training in secondary schools and have an active role in the coordination of the senior phase of learning for my institute. I have been studying my Bachelor of Education for the past two years and have 18 months of study to go.
