- I am an information designer, working in the field of technical communications with over 25 years of experience in the production of cross-media, multilingual technical information products. I have expertise in single sourcing, component content management, collaborative authoring, and localization.
During my career I have worked with some of the best, cutting-edge hardware and software teams in the fields of medical robotics, pharmaceutical sciences, aerospace technology, virtual reality, and information processing & presentation; and was fortunate enough to help organize the Third World Wide Web Conference in Darmstadt (April 10-14 1995).
I am currently studying towards a Masters in Online and Distance Learning to fulfill my ambition to work in the field of ICT for Development.

UNESCO's Virtual Laboratory Toolkit
The Virtual Laboratory Toolkit provides an extensive set of free person-to-person (P2P) communication tools (audio and video conference, scientific text chat, whiteboard, collaborative authorship, portal and mailing list management, etc.), and also basic advice on person-to-equipment (P2E) tools.
